All TerraStar Users: AORW SERVICE RESOLUTION

TerraStar services on the AORW satellite suffered an outage on the 19th April 2023 between the times of 07:44 UTC and 12:25 UTC. The satellite provider, Inmarsat, have informed us that there was an issue with the uplink antenna drive which has since been resolved.

All TerraStar services remained operational on 25E & 98W during this time.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused, and no further outages are expected
